1. 取得する情報

運営者は、本サービスの提供にあたり、次の情報を取得します。

1. アカウント情報: メールアドレス、アカウントの作成日時・最終ログイン日時
2. Pro の購入に関する情報: 購入したプラン、Pro を有効にしたアカウントとその日時、有効期限(期限のある場合)、Cozeni が発行する購入者ごとの識別子(購入者 ID)、返金等による取消しの有無とその日時。購入時に入力されたメールアドレスや、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は、Cozeni および Stripe が取得し、運営者は取得しません。
3. 利用者が保存した情報: ブランド設定(ハンドル名・色等)、マイハンドに保存したテキスト
4. 機能リクエスト箱に送信された情報: 送信内容、任意で入力された連絡先
5. アクセスに関する情報: IP アドレス、ブラウザの種類(ユーザーエージェント)、アクセス日時、閲覧したページ等。ログインリンクの送信や機能リクエストの連投を防ぐ目的で、IP アドレスをハッシュ値(元の値に戻せない形)に変換して保存することがあります。
6. Cookie 等: ログイン状態を保つためのセッション Cookie。Pro を購入した方には、購入を確かめるための Cookie(Cozeni が発行する購入者の証明。最後に購入者として入場してから 7 日間有効)と、購入直後の受け渡しに使う Cookie(60 秒)を付けます。購入者の Cookie は、購入の確認(返金等による取消しの確認を含みます)のために Cozeni へ送信します。表示設定や入力中の内容は、お使いのブラウザの保存領域(localStorage)に保存され、運営者のサーバーには送られません。

2. 利用目的

運営者は、取得した情報を次の目的で利用します。

1. 本サービスの提供、ログインの受付、および本人確認のため
2. Pro の販売、利用資格の付与・管理(返金等による取消しを含みます)、および決済に関する確認のため
3. お問い合わせ、機能リクエスト、開示等の請求への対応のため
4. 本サービスの変更・終了、規約の変更その他の重要なお知らせを通知するため
5. 不正利用、スパム、過度なアクセス等の防止、およびセキュリティの確保のため
6. 利用状況の分析による本サービスの改善、新機能の検討のため(個人を特定しない統計情報として利用します)
7. 本規約に違反する行為への対応のため

3. 第三者への提供

運営者は、次の場合を除き、あらかじめ利用者の同意を得ることなく個人データを第三者に提供しません。

1. 法令に基づく場合
2. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
3. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合
4. 次項の委託に伴って提供する場合
5. 事業の承継に伴って個人データが提供される場合

4. 取扱いの委託と外部サービス

運営者は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、次の事業者に個人データの取扱いを委託し、または次の外部サービスを利用しています。

• Cloudflare, Inc.(米国): ウェブサイトの配信、サーバー、データベース、アクセス解析(Cloudflare Web Analytics。Cookie を使用しません)、bot 判定(Turnstile)
• Resend(Plus Five Five, Inc.、米国): ログインリンク等の電子メールの送信
• Cozeni(株式会社Nulogic、日本): Pro の代金の決済と、購入者の確認(購入時のメールアドレスと、メールで届く確認コードによる入場)。購入時のメールアドレス等は Cozeni が直接取得します。運営者は Cozeni から、購入者 ID と、購入が有効かどうか(購入済み・返金等による取消し等)の結果だけを受け取ります。
• Stripe, Inc.(米国): Cozeni が利用する決済基盤。クレジットカード番号等は Stripe が直接取得し、運営者は取得しません。
• Google LLC(米国): ウェブフォントの配信(Google Fonts)。フォントの読み込みの際、IP アドレス等が Google に送信されます。

これらの事業者における情報の取扱いについては、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

5. 外国にある第三者への提供

前項のとおり、運営者は個人データの取扱いを外国(米国等)の事業者に委託しています。利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、これらの事業者に個人データが提供されることに同意するものとします。個人情報保護法に基づき、次の情報を提供します。

1. 提供先の所在国: 米国
2. 当該国の個人情報の保護に関する制度: 米国には、日本の個人情報保護法に相当する包括的な連邦法はなく、分野ごとの連邦法および州法(カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法等)により保護されています。詳しくは、個人情報保護委員会が公表している外国における個人情報の保護に関する制度等の調査をご確認ください。
3. 提供先が講ずる措置: 各事業者は、それぞれの利用規約およびデータ処理に関する契約(Data Processing Addendum 等)において、個人データの安全管理、目的外利用の禁止等の措置を定めています。

6. 安全管理措置

運営者は、個人データの漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、次の措置を講じています。

• 通信の暗号化(HTTPS)
• ログインリンクおよびセッションのトークンは、ハッシュ値のみを保存し、元の値を保存しない
• IP アドレスは、保存が必要な場合もハッシュ値に変換して保存する
• 管理画面およびデータベースへのアクセスを運営者に限定する
• 個人データの取扱いを委託する事業者として、セキュリティ対策を公表している事業者を選定する

7. 保存期間

• アカウント情報、Pro の購入に関する情報、利用者が保存した情報: アカウントが削除されるまで(Pro の購入に関する情報は、同じ購入による重複した利用を防ぐため、および法令上必要な期間、アカウントの削除や Pro の取消しの後も保存することがあります)
• ログインのセッション: 最長 90 日
• 購入者の Cookie: 最後に購入者として入場してから 7 日(購入直後の受け渡しに使う Cookie は 60 秒)
• 機能リクエスト箱に送信された情報: 対応の要否を判断し終えるまで、または運営者が不要と判断するまで

8. 開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求

保有個人データの開示、訂正、利用停止等の請求には、法令に従い対応します。利用目的の通知および開示の請求には、1 件につき 1,000 円(税込)の手数料をいただきます。

9. 個人情報取扱事業者の氏名・住所

請求があった場合には遅滞なく開示いたします。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

運営者は、法令の変更や本サービスの変更に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更をする場合は、本サービス上への掲示または電子メールによりお知らせします。

1. Information Collected

The Operator collects the following information in providing the Service.

1. Account information: email address, and the date and time of account creation and of the last login
2. Information about Pro purchases: the plan purchased, the Account on which Pro was activated and the date and time of activation, the expiration date (if any), the per-purchaser identifier issued by Cozeni (purchaser ID), and whether and when the entitlement was revoked due to a refund or similar event. The email address entered at the time of purchase and payment information such as credit card numbers are collected by Cozeni and Stripe, not by the Operator.
3. Information saved by users: brand settings (handle name, colors, etc.) and text saved to My hands
4. Information submitted to the feature request box: the content submitted and any contact information optionally provided
5. Access information: IP address, browser type (user agent), date and time of access, pages viewed, etc. To prevent repeated sending of login links and repeated submission of feature requests, IP addresses may be converted into hash values (a form that cannot be converted back to the original value) and stored.
6. Cookies, etc.: a session cookie to keep you logged in. For users who purchase Pro, a cookie used to confirm the purchase (proof of purchase issued by Cozeni, valid for 7 days after the user last entered as a purchaser) and a cookie used for the hand-off immediately after purchase (60 seconds). The purchaser cookie is sent to Cozeni to confirm the purchase (including checking whether it has been revoked due to a refund or similar event). Display settings and content you are entering are saved in your browser’s storage (localStorage) and are not sent to the Operator’s servers.

2. Purposes of Use

The Operator uses the information collected for the following purposes.

1. To provide the Service, accept logins, and verify identity
2. To sell Pro, grant and manage entitlements to use it (including revoking them after a refund or similar event), and confirm matters relating to payment
3. To respond to inquiries, feature requests, and requests for disclosure, etc.
4. To give notice of changes to or discontinuation of the Service, changes to the terms, and other important announcements
5. To prevent unauthorized use, spam, excessive access, etc., and to ensure security
6. To improve the Service and consider new features by analyzing usage (used as statistical information that does not identify individuals)
7. To respond to conduct that violates the Terms of Service

3. Provision to Third Parties

The Operator does not provide personal data to third parties without the user’s prior consent, except in the following cases.

1. Where based on laws and regulations
2. Where it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual concerned
3. Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, a local government, or a person entrusted by either of them in performing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations
4. Where personal data is provided in connection with the outsourcing described in the next section
5. Where personal data is provided in connection with the succession of business

4. Outsourcing and External Services

To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, the Operator entrusts the handling of personal data to the following businesses, or uses the following external services.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website delivery, servers, databases, access analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies), and bot detection (Turnstile)
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States): sending emails such as login links
• Cozeni (Nulogic, Inc., Japan): processing payments for Pro and verifying purchasers (entry using the email address used for the purchase and a confirmation code sent by email). The email address used for the purchase and similar information are collected directly by Cozeni. The Operator receives from Cozeni only the purchaser ID and whether the purchase is valid (purchased, revoked due to a refund, etc.).
• Stripe, Inc. (United States): the payment infrastructure used by Cozeni. Credit card numbers and similar information are collected directly by Stripe, not by the Operator.
• Google LLC (United States): web font delivery (Google Fonts). When fonts are loaded, your IP address and other information are sent to Google.

For how these businesses handle information, please refer to each business’s privacy policy.

5. Provision to Third Parties in Foreign Countries

As described in the preceding section, the Operator entrusts the handling of personal data to businesses located in foreign countries (such as the United States). By using the Service, users consent to their personal data being provided to these businesses. Pursuant to the APPI, the Operator provides the following information.

1. Country where the recipients are located: United States
2. System for the protection of personal information in that country: The United States has no comprehensive federal law equivalent to Japan’s APPI; personal information is protected by sector-specific federal laws and by state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act). For details, please see the survey of systems for the protection of personal information in foreign countries (in Japanese) published by the Personal Information Protection Commission.
3. Measures taken by the recipients: Each business sets out measures such as the security management of personal data and the prohibition of use for other purposes in its terms of use and its data processing agreement (such as a Data Processing Addendum).

6. Security Measures

The Operator takes the following measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and otherwise to manage its security.

• Encryption of communications (HTTPS)
• For login link and session tokens, only hash values are stored, not the original values
• Where IP addresses need to be stored, they are converted into hash values before being stored
• Access to the admin panel and databases is restricted to the Operator
• Businesses that publish their security measures are selected as the businesses to which the handling of personal data is entrusted

7. Retention Period

• Account information, information about Pro purchases, and information saved by users: until the account is deleted (information about Pro purchases may be retained after the account is deleted or Pro is revoked, to prevent the same purchase from being used more than once and for the period required by law)
• Login sessions: up to 90 days
• Purchaser cookie: 7 days after the user last entered as a purchaser (the hand-off cookie used immediately after purchase: 60 seconds)
• Information submitted to the feature request box: until the Operator has finished determining whether any action is needed, or until the Operator determines that it is no longer needed

8. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

The Operator will respond to requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc. of retained personal data in accordance with laws and regulations. A fee of 1,000 yen (including tax) per request is charged for requests for notification of the purposes of use and for disclosure.

9. Name and Address of the Business Handling Personal Information

This information will be disclosed without delay upon request.

10. Changes to this Policy

The Operator may change this Policy in response to changes in laws and regulations or changes to the Service. In the case of significant changes, the Operator will give notice by posting on the Service or by email.
